BSF Jawan Tej Bahadur Yadav who had posted a video of poor quality of food has been dismissed from service. In a video that generated a lot of controversy, Tej Bahadur had alleged that the Jawans in BSF were given poor quality food. The BSF had dismissed Tej Bahadur’s claims after an enquiry was ordered by Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh.

Tej Bahadur’s facebook profile also made the headlines when it was found out that he had many Pakistani friends on the social networking site. In the video Tej Bahadur had alleged that government provided good quality food for soldiers, which failed to reach the jawan as the higher-ups & soldiers sold the food using illegal means.

In another video, Tej Bahadur claimed that he was being tortured. In the video Tej Bahadur said that it was the Prime Minister’s call to fight corruption. He further asked why he was being questioned on doing the same. Tej Bahadur had claimed in his first video that the conditions of the soldiers was pathetic.

Many questioned were raised on the discipline of the BSF, after Tej Bahadur posted the video. After the enquiry was ordered by the Home Minister, many Army veterans made it clear that the video should not have been posted. They said that if there was any personal grievance it should have been addressed within the army.

The liberal gang or the Azaadi brigade have always had significant ties with the AAP. Be it Gurmehar or Tej Bahadur, their final opinions have had an uncanny resemblance with the ‘ideologies’ of the AAP. Let’s wait and watch.
