With every passing day, the dark game of Sonia Gandhi’s Congress is getting exposed. In a shocking expose, it has been found out that UPA government led by Sonia Gandhi wrongly framed Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Purohit for dangerous political gains. UPA under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi wanted to spread the fake narrative of ‘Hindu terrorism’. It was for this ugly political game, Colonel Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya and others were framed by the Maharashtra ATS for the 2008 Malegaon blasts. All these happened under the directions of the then UPA government. However, the investigations by National Investigation Agency have exposed the nefarious plan.
Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Purohit was a former Maratha light infantry officer who joined the military intelligence service. He was accused of being a member of Abhinav Bharati and charged for Malegaon bomb blasts in 2008. The Maharashtra Anti-terror Squad (ATS) alleged that Colonel Purohit stole 60 kilogram of RDX from the army, which was used in the bomb blast at Malegaon. However, secret documents related to Colonel Purohit accessed by Times Now prove otherwise. TIMES NOW has accessed a secret deposition of the Ministry of Defence that was submitted to the court which suggests Lt Colonel Purohit was innocent of the terror charges that are being levelled against him.
In its investigation report, National Investigation Agency has said that it was Maharashtra ATS which planted the traces of RDX that was used in Malegaon blast to frame Purohit. The RDX was planted by ATS chief Hemant Karkare, who was killed in 26/11 attacks. According to a previous report by Times Now, the central agency alleged that an ATS officer, sub-inspector Shekhar Bagde, left traces of RDX in the house of another accused, retired Army personnel Sudhakar Chaturvedi, in Deolali. The NIA cited the testimony of an Army major and a subedar to claim that Bagde broke into Chaturvedi’s house to allegedly deposit traces of RDX. The Army major and subedar told a Court of Inquiry hearing Puroit’s appeal that Bagde pleaded with them not to report him. Two days later, however, an ATS team raided the house and picked up the RDX traces similar to the one used in Malegaon blasts by using a cotton swab. “This recovery itself becomes suspicious,” the NIA told the court.
The central agency also dismissed the charges framed by Maharashtra ATS against Purohit that he kept 60 kg of RDX he had recovered as a military intelligence officer in J&K. The NIA said that their inquiries with the Army established that all 70kg of the explosive confiscated during Purohit’s time was accounted for.
This incident clearly proves how Sonia Gandhi, Chidambaram, Shinde and other leaders of UPA framed Purohit, Sadhvi Pragya and others innocently just to advance their propaganda of “Hindutva terrorism”, which was not existent. This was done to break the self confidence of large Hindu population and appease the Muslims.
