When the brave Indians soldiers are facing the bullets fired by the Pakistani sponsored terrorists, instead of being a supportive layer, the Congress has portrayed that it is proud of Pakistan. From past several days, Pakistan is sending its “ambassadors in the form of terrorists” with clear instructions to kill the Indians and the Indian soldier. These terrorists are helped by some of the traitors within India.
At this crucial time, instead of backing the Indian Army and mounting pressure on Pakistan, the Congress party has resorted to a heinous act. This act is done by none other than the man who once asked the Pakistanis to defeat Prime Minister Modi in an election.
Can you believe that Manishankar Aiyar praised Pakistan for killing Indian soldiers?
- There is only one way of resolving India-Pakistan issues and that is by uninterrupted and un-interruptable dialogue. And I am very proud and half very sad that this sentence of these three words have been accepted as Pakistan policy, but has not been accepted as Indian policy,
- And all political parties except the Jamaat-e-Islami say they want peace with India. Now this change in mindset that is taking place in Pakistan is not reflected in India. Therefore we are still caught in a partially 1947 situation.
- “What I am hoping is that festivals like this and opportunities for us to meet and carry a message back will enable us to gently shift the Indian mindset in the direction in which I’ve seen the Pakistani mindset evolving over the last 35-40 years.
This was the statement made by senior Congress leader Manishankar Aiyar at the Karachi Literature Festival.

Even though Pakistan is spreading terrorism, Manishankar Aiyar said that while Islamabad has accepted the policy of and need for continuous dialogue to resolve issues of bilateral importance. “I love Pakistan because I love India. India should love thy neighbour as thyself”, he added.
During Gujarat elections, Manishankar Aiyar had abused PM Modi with the “Neech Aadmi’ comment. He had said “This person is a ‘neech aadmi’ (low-minded). He is not civilised and in a situation like this, there is no need to practise such dirty politics”.
Instead of condemning it, Rahul Gandhi had infact attacked BJP and PM Modi saying “BJP and PM routinely use filthy language to attack the Congress party. The Congress has a different culture and heritage. I do not appreciate the tone and language used by Mr Mani Shankar Aiyer to address the PM. Both the Congress and I expect him to apologise for what he said”.
But PM Modi hit back strongly saying “Shriman Mani Shankar Aiyar today said that Modi is of ‘neech’ (lower) caste and is ‘neech’ (vile). Is this not an insult to Gujarat? This is a Mughal mentality where if such a person (who comes from a humble background) wears good clothes in a village, they have a problem”.
Even the BJP president slammed Congress by saying, Neither shocked nor surprised by Mani Shankar Aiyar’s referring to PM as ‘Neech.’ This is the culture of the Congress party. People of Gujarat will punish anti-poor, anti-Dalit, anti-Tribal and anti-OBC Congress.
