In yet another shocking and painful incident of terror spread by the communist party in Kerala, a Bharatiya Janata Party worker has been stabbed to death. BJP worker, identified as Ezhuthan Santhosh, was hacked to death allegedly by goons of the Communist Party of India (Marxist). Santhosh was the former Mukhya Shikshak of the RSS unit in Andallur and he was also the booth president of the BJP there. The gang of CPI(M) workers entered into his house and repeatedly stabbed him, after which they escaped. Santhosh called his friend and informed him about the attack, following which he was rushed to the hospital with the help of the police. However, his life could not be saved and he succumbed due to excessive bleeding. His wife and children were not at home at the time of murder.
In another separate incident, a country made bomb was thrown at the RSS Karyalaya in Thaliparamba. Fortunately, no one died in this attack, allegedly carried out by the goons of Communist Party. A few people in the Karyalaya, however, received minor injuries as a result of the bomb hurled on the office. Since the communist party came to power in Kerala, the number of political murders and attacks on BJP/RSS has increased like never before.
In the last 8 months, 20 workers/leaders belonging to BJP, RSS and other organizations which have ideological differences with the communist party have been murdered in cold blood in Kannur alone. Many such attacks have happened in other parts of Kerala as well, taking the toll even higher. Among these, a couple of murders have happened in the constituency of Chief Minister P. Vijayan. Just a few days back, on 6 January, a group of CPI(M) workers had burned the house of Radhakrishnan – a BJP worker. He suffered from 60% burn and succumbed to the injuries. His brother and his wife also received serious injuries, who died later. Police arrested three CPI(M) workers and they confessed to the crime.
The condition of Kerala reminds us of West Bengal, where political murders were a routine affair during the communist regime. Thousands of people belonging to various political parties were murdered by the communists in West Bengal over a period of more than three decades. It is a well known fact that Communists and their ideology supports political murder whenever in power. Genocides carried out by Stalin in Russia, millions killed by Mao in China and thousands killed by the Communists in West Bengal are well recorded in history. It’s time RSS and BJP cadres organize themselves, and the centre extends complete support, to fight the menace of state-sponsored red terrorism in Kerala.
