After Christian Michel and Vijay Mallya, Modi Govt all set to bring back the plotters of 26/ 11 Mumbai terror attacks

All the fugitives/scamsters/offenders escaped from the country are being brought back to India one by one. While Congress has no other work than dancing to the tunes of fake Rafale sounds Prime Minister Modi Government is in continuous action and trying to bring all of them back

After getting success in extradition of Augusta Westland scam middleman Christian Michel and the liquor baron Vijay Mallya now India is in talks with US for extradition of 26/11 plotters

India has already carried out multiple rounds of discussion with US officials and has also send a team from the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to the US between December 13 and 15 to take the process forward, said Minister of State for External Affairs VK Singh told Lok Sabha on Wednesday.

This information was provided by the Minister of State in response to an unstarred question submitted by Rattan Lal Kataria, BJP MP from Haryana’s Ambala. An unstarred question is one in which the MP raising the question has not sought an oral reply in the House. Kataria’s question specifically addressed the extradition of Tahawwur Hussain Rana, the LeT operative who was convicted by a US court and is presently serving a 14-year sentence.

“Government of India has engaged with relevant US authorities, under terms of the India-US Extradition Treaty of 1997, for extradition of US-based individuals for their role in the 26/11/2008 terrorist attack in Mumbai,” read the written reply submitted by Singh.

“These consultations have been held by means of meetings/visits and teleconferences. Most recently, a team from the National Investigation Agency visited the US on 13-15 December 2018 for discussion with the US authorities,” he added.

“The United States has expressed its commitment towards working with its international partners to identify and bring to justice those responsible for the 26/11/2008 Mumbai attack. During the India-US 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue on 06 September 2018, both sides called on Pakistan to bring to justice expeditiously the perpetrators of the Mumbai, Pathankot, Uri, and other cross-border terrorist attacks,” Singh’s reply read.

India’s other major person of interest in terms of extradition for his role in planning the 26/11 Mumbai attacks is David Coleman Headley, who is also presently serving a 35-year sentence in a US jail.

Tahawwur Hussain Rana had given support to Lashkar-e-Taiba, the terrorist organization of Hafiz Saeed, for which the American Court sentenced him to 14 years of imprisonment. The Indian government wants to bring Rana to India and punish him for his crimes. But according to American law a person cannot be punished twice for a crime. To solve this problem, the NIA team went to the USA.

This all has become possible due to the efforts of Narendra Modi and Ajit Doval. Nobody can match the diplomacy of Prime Minister Modi and James Bond of India. The manner in which the Indian government had documented the extradition of Christian Michel, and the way the plan was executed, it even stunned the officials of Dubai. For the twelve years old case even the Government had created documents in such a way that there was no scope of even a little mistake and the Dubai officials were forced to hand over Michel to India.
Soon the Government will also be successful in extradition of 26/11 plotters and they will be have to pay for the deeds done by them
