Breaking!!! High Court says Sunanda Pushkar’s death is not natural; Ab tera kya hoga Shashi Tharoor?

“Death is not natural”. This is what High Court had to say of the death of Sunanda Pushkar who died in mysterious circumstances.

The court has slammed the Delhi Police for not doing responsible investigation in this matter. The court also asked the medical and scientific report.

The court has also given two weeks of time to the Delhi police to either file the charge sheet or whatever never steps required. “If you have anything new, then come within two weeks, and if you can’t, then we will look into it”, this is what the court had to say.

The court was hearing a plea by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for a court-monitored probe by a multi-disciplinary Special Investigation Team led by the CBI into Pushkar’s death. It is really impressive that only after Dr Swamy started to show interests on the case, it saw progress.

BJP MP Subramanian Swamy, who has demanded a CBI probe into the case, said in court that if investigating agencies conclude that death was due to poison then it doesn’t matter what type of poison it was. Swamy further submitted that forensic investigations by the United States’ FBI and other agencies are just delaying the probe.

After ASG Sanjay Jain examines the records and gives his opinion on the progress of the investigation, he has been asked to submit his response to the court after two weeks. The next date of hearing has been scheduled for September 21.

Death is not natural!!! What you have to say, Mr Tharoor?

Pushkar, wife of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor, was found dead in a five-star hotel room in Delhi in January 2014. But later on it was found that she was shifted from one room to another. So what is the purpose of this? Will Mr Tharoor give clarify regarding this?

Last week too, the court had pulled up Delhi Police for the delay in de-sealing of Room 345 of Hotel Leela Palace where she was found.
