Breaking! Pakistan faces humiliating defeat, massive diplomatic win for India. Kulbhushan Jadhav’s execution stayed by the ICJ

In a big blow to Pakistan, the International court of Justice has stayed the execution of Kulbhushan Jadhav. Pakistan had accused Jadhav of spying and even termed him as a terrorist. Pakistan even called Jadhav a R&AW agent. A Pakistani Military court had given Jadhav a death sentence.

The verdict drew criticism from across the globe as Pakistan had no proof to back up their allegations. The International Court of Justice stayed Jadhav’s execution today. This can be seen as a huge diplomatic win for India. This basically means that India wins provisional rights to safeguard Jadhav’s life till ICJ hears the case, over which it asserts jurisdiction.

Pakistan’s lies have been exposed at the world stage. The ICJ is also set to monitor Pakistan’s treatment to Jadhav. The unanimous verdict of the Judges in the ICJ means that Pakistan must keep the ICJ informed on measures concerned with Kulbhushan Jadhav.

External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj had tweeted that Salve had charged a token one rupee fee, to represent the country and argue for Jadhav at the ICJ.
