China’s Communist Leader Mao Zedong, the biggest mass murderer in the history of the Mankind!

If we ask a simple question, who was the biggest mass murderer in the history of the world? Most people probably assume that the answer is Adolf Hitler. Some might guess Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin, who may indeed have managed to kill even more innocent people than Hitler did.

But surprisingly both Hitler and Stalin were outdone by Chinese Leader Mao Zedong. It is believed that from 1958 to 1962, his Great Leap Forward policy led to the deaths of up to 45 million people – easily making it the biggest episode of mass murder ever recorded in the history of mankind.

Mao Zedongwas a Chinese communist revolutionary and founding father of the People’s Republic of China. He governed as the Chairman of the Communist Party of China from its establishment in 1949, until his death in 1976. His Marxist–Leninist theories, military strategies, and political policies are collectively known as Maoism or Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

Mao had a great believe in Collectivism and he thought that he could propel China past its competitors by steering villagers across the country into giant people’s communes.People had their work, homes, land, belongings and livelihoods taken from them.

Under his rule, Communist party constructed collective canteens, where food used to be distributed according to merit only. They used it as a weapon to force people to follow the party’s every dictate. There were no incentives to work for government, only compulsion and violence were used instead to compel starving farmers to perform labor. Farmers were stripped off their lands and were forced to work on poorly planned irrigation projects while their fields were neglected.

Mao’s policies ensured a catastrophe of enormous proportions. Historians estimated that approx. tens of millions of people died just because of starvation. But actual figure are now coming to light thanks to the meticulous reports the Communist party itself compiled during the famine.

What comes out of this massive report is a tale of horror in which Mao emerges as one of the greatest mass murderers in history of Mankind. He was responsible for the deaths of at least 45 million people between 1958 and 1962.

It is not death of People which mattered, it was the method they used to kill People which shocked the World. As per the estimates, between two and three million victims were tortured to death or summarily killed by the goons of communist party.

For an example, a boy stole a handful of grain in a Hunan village, local boss XiongDechang forced his father to bury him alive. The father died of grief a few days later.

An another case of Wang Ziyou was reported to the central leadership: one of his ears was chopped off, his legs were tied with iron wire, a ten kilogram stone was dropped on his back and then he was branded with a sizzling tool – this was his punishment for digging up a potato.

While the horrors of the Great Leap Forward are well known to experts on Communism and Chinese history, they are rarely remembered by ordinary people outside China. When we talk about great evils of world history, we usually ignore the great massacre of People by Communist party of china.

In contrast to the numerous books, movies, museums, and remembrance days dedicated to the Holocaust, we make little effort to recall the Great Leap Forward policy of Mao Zedong.

Unfortunately Mao’s thoughts still exist, and it is impacting India as well. India is mired with a homegrown but Chinese supported Maoism/Communist movement which has engulfed hundreds of Districts. The People who believe in Mao’s ideology are known as Maoists, and they are responsible for killing of thousands of Locals and Armed force personnel as well.
