Row of trouble mounts for the Samajwadi Party Chief, trapping him in a deeper pit this time. Seems that the Grand old party of India and the Samajwadi party walk on similar footsteps (with a great scale of understanding among them), setting wrong examples for the nation to witness. The CBI has got some serious trouble for the former chief minister of Uttar Pradesh reminding him of his previous blunders.
According to sources, the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) conducted raids at several locations in Delhi and Uttar Pradesh in connection with the UP illegal mining scam. The searches were carried out at Delhi, Lucknow, Kanpur, Hamirpur and Jalaun.
Digging out his previous crimes the CBI has caught him at the right time and place. The development could cause trouble for Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav as the scam took place during the period when he was the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. Right from the time he has got down from the CM’s throne he has been getting caught with the previous blunders and scams.
Sources said the CBI also conducted raids at the premises of former Hamirpur District Magistrate Chandrakala. The CBI, which had earlier registered a preliminary enquiry in the UP illegal mining scam case, has now filed a case. The probe into the matter was given by the state High Court. The positive results of this raid will result in a major drawback for the Samajwadi party in the upcoming major fight of Lok sabha Elections.
Earlier, the Allahabad High Court had directed CBI to conduct inquiries over allegations of illegal sand mining in the five districts of Uttar Pradesh including Shamli, Hamirpur, Fatehpur, Siddharth Nagar and Deoria.
