Why Dawood Ibrahim Has Now Become a Liability to Pakistan???

Irrespective of what you are and how much power and money you have, you have to bend to the nature and law. He might be a don who ruled the world for quite a few years. He might have purchased so many things in life. But he can’t purchase the health.
He was responsible for 1993 Mumbai bomb blast and it is also doubted that he was involved in 2008 Mumbai terrorist attack too. Since 1993, he is the most wanted criminal for India.  United States declared Ibrahim a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” in 2003 and pursued the matter before the United Nations in an attempt to freeze his assets around the world and crack down on his operations. The Bush government imposed several sanctions on him. However, one country strongly supported him and gave him shelter. That is our neighbor, Pakistan. There are rumours that United Arab Emirates (UAE) too protected him. However, US Intelligence Agencies and Intercom has found his location in Karachi in Pakistan most of the times. It is also said that he has been giving 40 percent of his income to Pakistan’s Inter- Service Intelligence (ISI) as an exchange for giving protection to him.
With the arrival of Modi government, Dawood’s ‘Bure din’ (Bad days) have started too. Recently, following the request of Government of India (GoI), the Government of UAE has liquidated nearly 15,000 crore worth properties run by Dawood’s Benamis. On the other hand, due to increased patrolling and vigilance over the border, the drug mafia which was bringing him crores of money has also been hit hard.
Now the don is near to dusk! The man who took lives of thousands of people over a period of time is ailing now. Now the Pakistan is considering him as a liability and there is a possibility of eliminating him.
According to his close circles, Dawood wants to come back to India. He wants to be buried in Indian soil. Probably now he has realised Sage Shankaracharya’s statement “Janani Janmabhumischa Swargadapi Gariyasi” (Mother and motherland are greater than heaven). But if he comes to India, he will have to face trial in the court of law. Therefore, he is neither there, nor here. He might have escaped the formal judicial systems of various countries of the world. But he is already facing punishment for all his misdeeds. Let the evil forces leave and good prevail in this world.
