Documents reveal AAP minister Satyendra Jain admitted making crores of black money via Hawala

Official documents obtained from the Income Tax department have completely exposed the dirty game of corruption by Satyendra Jain – the senior minister of Aam Aadmi Party and closest to Arvind Kejriwal. The documents have revealed that Satyendra Jain had officially admitted before the Income Tax department that he generated black money worth atleast Rs 16.39 crore and in order to evade Income Taxes, laundered all the money via hawala operators.

The document procured from Income Tax department reads, “On being caught by the Income Tax department that Shri Jain not only generated black money of atleast 16.39 crore and the same was laundered through hawala operators, Shri Jain had disclosed his black money under the income declaration scheme 2016 but on Benami names. It appears that he believes in not only holding properties on benami names but also surrendering black money on benami names.”

The document also exposes that Satyendra Jain did neither declare his wealth nor did he declare his source of incomes, but was continuously buying properties in his own name and in the name of his wife. The story does not stop here. Apart from the land bought by Satyendra Jain in his own and wife’s name, he bought more than 100 bighas of land amounting to another 17 crore under benaami names. Along with buying land, he also bought benaami shamres worth another Rs 16 crore. In March this year, the Income Tax department attached benaami properties of Satyendra Jain under the Benaami Properties Act.

Satyendra Jain is also one of the accused in the PWD scam and health scam, where the charges of favoritism have been levelled on Jain. It is believed that various actions of Satyendra Jain have been directly benefiting Surendra Bansal, who is brother-in-law of Arvind Kejriwal. Undue benefits have been passed to Bansal by flouting of rules. Today, Kapil Mishra accused that Satyendra Jain offered a bribe of Rs 2 crore to Kejriwal in cash. When Kejriwal was asked to explain the unaccounted cash, he said not everything in politics need to be explained. This raises many questions –
Where did the cash of Rs 2 crore which Satyendra gave to Kejriwal come from ?
What was that cash meant for ?
Who all are hawala annd benami partners of Satyendra Jain ?
Where were the crores of rupees generated by Satyendra Jain channelised ?

It’s time Kejriwal answers. He cannot remain silent on this issue.
