Donald Trump warns Pakistan for sheltering terrorists and seeks India’s help to bring stability in Afghanistan

On one end, India’s strategy is successful in frustrating China in the Doklam standoff and at another end China’s friend is also getting frustrated. Pakistan is busy planning in destabilizing India but trump has openly said on Monday that it will no longer tolerate Pakistan’s behaviour of providing shelter to terrorists.

Trump said that “Pakistan has much to gain from partnering with our effort in Afghanistan. It has much to lose by continuing to harbour criminals and terrorists”. By this Trump warns that Pakistan can survive only if it stops backing terrorism.

After ruling out the possibilities of withdrawal of its troops from Afghanistan, Trump warned Pakistan for providing safe havens to terror groups and also sought India’s help to bring peace in the war ridden nation.

President of United States, Donald Trump said that India can help US to a great extent like how it is successful in having billions of dollars of trade with US. But doing this, stability can be enforced in the economy of Afghanistan.

“We have been paying Pakistan billions and billions of dollars at the same time they are housing the very terrorists that we are fighting” Trump added.

Can we expect covert actions against Pakistan?

Previously when PM Modi visited US, Trump said that with the support of India, it will act against terror forces.  And after few months, Trump openly warns Pakistan for backing terror activities on their land. World’s top terrorist group heads are based India Pakistan like Hafiz Mohammed Saeed, Dawood Ibrahim, Syed Salahuddin and Maulana Masood Azhar.

So can we expect a covert operation like how it was done to kill Osama-bin-Laden?

What can be India’s role in demolishing terrorism?

As we know, India is worst hit by terror activities from decades. The reason is both internal and external. The internal reason is that of radicalisation of youths and locals supports to terror activities. External factor is that there are several countries secretly funding for terrorist organisations.

India has all secret information of terrorists to some extent but is stooped to act against due to external pressures as Pakistan to some extent has been successful in projecting as Kashmir as a disputed area.

After USA’s backing, India can aggressively act against terror outfits both in India and outside. It should be noted that even in India, terror outfits are deep rooted.
