The Rafale Controversy that has brought a Storm wave throughout the nation, and the Congress Party President being the reason behind this storm seems to be not getting rid of its fake claims. The Congress Party President will be interacting with the Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) employees in Bangalore but his interaction has now been interrupted the HAL by not welcoming him!
The Congress President who had every possible intention to twist & turn things against PM Narendra Modi, by interacting with the HAL employees, received a big jolt as he stepped to Bangalore. Earlier, HAL had strictly announced that Rahul Gandhi cannot enter their premises nor he’s welcomed there.
Now, an internal circular was issued for all HAL employees that allegedly made a veiled threat to them asking them not to meet any politicians or face action. It works as a prominent organisation towards for the Nation. HAL does not wish to get involved in any of these tantrums throne by Congress and also does not wish to be inclined towards any of the Political parties.
HAL advised its employees not to interact with political parties. A press release by HAL said that all employees’ unions must exercise restraint and ensure they ensure to not get involved in any controversy triggered by Congress and its President.
Following this, sources said that the Congress was facing a tough time in gathering a crowd of HAL employees to attend Gandhi’s event at Cubbon Park in Bengaluru at 3:30 pm today. Reportedly, the Congress was earlier expecting a crowd of 500 people to attend the event, but after the issuance of the circular, it was struggling to get even 100 people to be in attendance, source said.
As per a Times of India report, the Congress had decided to hold just one event where Gandhi would “only meet” HAL employees, out of which most were expected to be retired employees and some working.
According to the Daily, the opposition party has decided to organise the event in Bengaluru in a bid to highlight how private entrepreneurs were being favoured by the government to get contracts worth thousands of crores of rupees at the cost of state-run units like HAL. Initially, the Congress had announced that Gandhi and state party leaders would lead a ‘padyatra’ to the HAL head office from Congress Bhavan, however, the plan was later scrapped.
