Ever since PM Modi came to power, terrorists and their sympathizers are having a bad time in Kashmir. After the grand road show in Varanasi, PM Modi had said that after the attack on CRPF jawans, the Indian Armed Force had eliminated 42 terrorists in just Pulwama region.
In past 3 years, the Indian Government’s stand in Jammu and Kashmir was really aggressive but after the Pulwama attack, Modi government unleashed its terror on the terror sympathizers. After withdrawing the security covers and other facilities to notorious separatists like Yasin Malik, the Modi government even arrested several separatists.
Recently separatist Yasin Malik, who was the head of banned terror organisation JKLF was arrested. Later he was transferred from a jail in Jammu and Kashmir to Delhi’s Tihar jail.
Frustrated by this tough stand of the government, separatist Yasin Malik who had even confessed that he had killed few Indian Air Force officers has started a drama by complaining against the jail administration, just like how Christian Michel had enacted weeks ago.
Yasin Mallik earlier had done an hunger strike and then he kept complaining about the food. When no head was paid, he then complained about threat to his life. When even this trick failed, he began to consume the food provided by the jail authorities.
A senior Tihar Jail official had said that “There is a threat on Yasin Malik’s life because of which he is under strict watch and not allowed to meet other inmates. Also, his jail cell is not close to the cells of other inmates and he is complaining that jail authorities are not allowing him to meet other inmates and keeping him isolated”.
My Nation report stated “Yasin Malik was arrested in a terror funding case by the NIA. His organisation, Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), is facing charges of kidnapping and murder for being allegedly involved in abducting Rubaiya Sayeed, daughter of the then Union Home Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, in 1989, and killing four Indian Air Force personnel in 1990”.
