Habitual liar Rahul Gandhi and Sitaram Yechury summoned in defamation case for linking RSS to Gauri Lankesh murder

The only way to control the habitual liar Rahul Gandhi is by filing case upon case, every time he lies. And this time the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) had filed a case against the Congress chief Rahul Gandhi for making defamatory remarks against RSS. Along with him, CPI leader Sitaram Yechury was also been named in the complaint by the RSS.

Following this, Rahul Gandhi and Sitaram Yechury have been summoned in the defamation case. “A Mumbai court has issued defamation process against Rahul Gandhi and Sitaram Yechury for making allegations against RSS over Gauri Lankesh murder. Defamation case was filed by one RSS worker. Next date of hearing is 25th March, the Court has asked them appear before it in person” reported ANI News.

In the year 2017, senior journalist Gauri Lankesh was killed by unkown assailants in Karnataka, which was then ruled by Congress party. But the seculars, liberals and intellectuals targeted the nationalists and attacked BJP and PM Modi.

While trying to score a political mileage, on 6th September 2017 Rahul Gandhi had said “anybody who speaks against the ideology of the BJP-RSS is pressured, beaten, attacked and even killed”. He had even added “People say that the Prime Minister is quiet and Prime Minister has not said anything. The point is the entire ideology is to silence voices”.

But didn’t even say that this incident happened in a state which was ruled by his own Congress party. Even Sitaram Yechury, who was a part of the Rally for Resistance organised by the Forum Against the Assassination of Gauri Lankesh, spoke against the RSS.

This is not the first time when Rahul Gandhi got summoned from the court. Even in the past in an election rally, Rahul Gandhi had said that the RSS killed Mahatma Gandhi but when he was dragged to court by RSS, the habitual liar Rahul Gandhi made an u-turn.
