From a Pakistani politician to a cricketer, whenever they hear India’s name, the one thing that they spew is venom. It might be the cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan who is their Prime Minister or Shahid Afridi, they never fail to interfere in India’s internal affairs.
Years ago, cricketer Shahid Afridi had said “Kashmir belongs to the Kashmiris. Not to Indians. Not to Pakistanis. That debate comes later. But first and foremost, Kashmir is for the Kashmiri people themselves”. Even though he gained popularity in his terrorist nation for making such a statement, the world knew that Kashmir is an integral part of India.
Now this player who constantly speaks senseless things about India is once again in news for messing up with former Indian cricket captain and East Delhi BJP candidate Gautam Gambhir. BJP’s star candidate Gambhir has totally ripped apart Shahid Afridi by saying that “Shahid Afridi you are a hilarious man!!! Anyway, we are still granting visas to Pakistanis for medical tourism. I will personally take you to a psychiatrist”.

Now you may wonder why a gentleman like Gautam Gambhir has attacked motor-mouth Shahid Afridi. There’s a reason for it. Recently, Shahid Afridi had launched his autobiography titled “Game Changer” and had attacked Gautam Gambhir saying he had an “attitude problem” and was “full of negativity” during his playing days
Afridi wrote “Oh, poor Gautam. He and his attitude problem,” Afridi writes. “He, who has no personality. He, who is barely a character in the great scheme of cricket. He, who has no great records, just a lot of attitude. He, who behaves like he’s a cross between Don Bradman and James Bond or something. In Karachi, we call guys like him ‘saryal’, burnt up”.
Afridi also wrote “I remember that run-in with him during the 2007 Asia Cup, when he completed his single while running straight into me. The umpires had to finish it off or I would have. Clearly, we had a frank bilateral discussion about each other’s female relatives. Whatever. Gambhir doesn’t matter. Gautam Gambhir was my favourite sledging victim at one point just because of the way he talked back”.
As Gautam Gambhir said, Pakistan cricketer Shahid Afridi should consult a psychiatrist.
