Today at 11:15 AM in the Rajya Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah proposed to scarp the article 370 and this article will seize to exist once the President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind signs the bill.
While the Home Minister Amit Shah entered the Rajya Sabha, the opposition started to create ruckus to which he said “We are ready to discuss everything and give answers on everything”. He then said that the Article 370 will be withdrawn from Kashmir.
Recent update has said that the President of India Ram Nath Kovind has signed notification to scrap Article 370, that grants special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
This has been hailed as a masterstroke by the defence analysts and this will change the future of the valley for ever, for India’s betterment.
The Government has also said that Jammu and Kashmir will be a union territory and Ladakh will also be a union territory.
What is article 370?
Article 370 of the Indian constitution was an article that gave special status to the state of Jammu and Kashmir.
Though the Modi government hadn’t given any clue about this move, few individuals had predicted about the move of the Modi government on Jammu and Kashmir.

Firstly remove Article 370 & 35A
Then divide J&K into 3 parts
* Jammu into a State
* Kashmir & Ladakh as Union territoriesOnce this is done,
