Israel offers its expertise in advanced technology to totally seal infiltration along Indo-Pak border!

The most striking feature of the fence is a large number of highly efficient high-tech electro-optical sensors which relay the information to army camps the moment any animal or a human touches the wall. Also, the walls are manned by Unarmed Air Vehicles which relay the information to various military bases. These high-tech walls were completed in 2013, due to which number of infiltration has come down from 20,000 per year to less than just 10 per year.

In a recent development today, Israel offered technical assistance to build a high-tech impenetrable wall along the Indo-Pak border. These walls with high-tech photo-electric sensors are already operational in Israel since 2013 and have brought down the number of infiltration in Israel from 20,000 a year to less than 10 a year. These walls are equipped with highly advanced technologies which alert the military if anyone touches the wall. Today, Israel is a leader in border protection and various countries like Serbia, Hungary, the USA have asked for its assistance in building high-tech border walls.

Israel ambassador David Carmon said that both India and Israel face similar cross-border threats from hostile nations, and that Israel has a technical expertise to prevent infiltration, which it would like to assist India with. Israel also said that at this moment, it stands with India and offers unconditional support to fight terrorism. Terrorism has to be fought at international stage by diplomatic means, imposing sanction on the organisations that support terrorists and also by directly engaging the terrorists. Israel said it has full trust on current Indian government’s way to deal with terrorism, and is ready to offer ‘every possible assistance’.

Israel is a very small country with a population of only 8.5 million and a size of approximately 22,000 square kilometer, equal to the area of Manipur . To put into perspective, the population of Israel is even less than half the population of Delhi. It gained independence in 1948, a year later than us. Being situated in the middle-east, it doesn’t have natural resources and has very scant reserves of fresh water. To add to its woes, it is surrounded on all sides by extremely hostile neighbors which have been waging war on Israel, sending Islamic terrorists inside Israel and carrying out proxy attacks by infiltrating ever since the formation of Israel. But Israel was foresighted enough to learn that if it has to survive, it has to defend itself on its own and take tough stands. And it did.

Today, Israel proudly boasts of an impenetrable Iron Dome – a missile protection system, which can neutralize and protect Israel from any missile attack. Israel is an indigenous developer and manufacturer of one of the best qualities of missiles, guns, assault rifles, thermal imaging sensors, ammunition & accessories and other military equipment which has made it one of the most advanced military technology regimes in the world. These have given Israel an unassailable lead and made it an invincible power in the middle east, due to which none of the hostile Islamic country dares to attack it openly.

But, just like India, Israel was also facing terror attacks due to infiltration of terrorists from countries like Palestine, Lebanon and Syria. This led Israel to develop one of the most advanced and impenetrable borders in the world. These high-tech borders are made of reinforced concrete, extremely hard steel rods and topped by concertina wires, carrying electric currents through them.

A high-tech wall along the Indo-Pak border is the need of the hour, as Pakistan has been sending terrorists inside the Indian territory which have killed tens of thousands of civilians and defense forces in last two decades. An impenetrable wall will give the much needed protection from a neighbour as hostile as Pakistan whose only aim is to bleed India through thousand cuts. Let us hope that government of India quickly comes up with a deal to raise high-tech walls with the assistance of Israel, which has come as a great gesture.
