Jignesh Mevani and Umar Khalid to attend celebration event defeating Peshwa Baji Rao by British!

In a very expected move, Jignesh Mevani and Umar Khalid have been invited to celebrate the event marking the defeat of Peshwa Baji Rao II, the Marath King who was defeated by British in 1818.

A small army of the British prevented the entry of Marath Empire Peshwa Baji Rao into Pune even though they were outnumbered. But the twist in the story is that British used the poor Dalits of India in their army so as to erupt fight between Hindus. They created divide between the Dalits and Brahmins and therefore they marked the event as Dalit victory over Brahmins. The politicians in India used this incident for their political benefit which was then turned into a upper caste Vs lower caste.

Every year, this event is celebrated as a victory of Dalits over Brahmins. But this time, the so called Dalit leader and Naxal supporter Jignesh Mevani and the very famous anti-India and Azadi club leader Umar Khalid has been invited to deliver speech during the event. It is very sad to see that those people who chanted anti-India slogans in the National capital and openly supported Pakistan have been invited to celebrate the British victory over Baji Rao.

Those people who are now celebrating British victory calling it Dalit dominance should first understand that it was the British who divided India on basis of caste to break India. They used Dalits to fight against upper class and used them as shields to secure their place. They were the ones who introduced Zamindar system to divide people on caste and wealth.

But today these so called activists and Maoist supporters are using such incidents to gain political mileage. This is nothing but an effort before Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan elections to divide the people just like how they divided patidars in Gujarat. Efforts are also going on to attack the Ligayat community in Karnataka just before election and divide the Hindus completely.

Posters are being distributed by these people calling BJP, RSS and Shiv Sena as Modern Peshwas and Indian army, Anti terrorism squad, RAW and CBI as anti Dalit and casteist forces. Opposing Indian army, Anti terrorism Squad is a clear indication of giving way to anti National forces and induct anti India sentiments in people’s mind. People should only recognise the real motive behind these opportunistic netas before they encourage such narrative.
