Massive trouble for Priyanka Vadra as Child Rights body issues notice over use of children in election campaign

At one end Rahul Gandhi is already into trouble for blatantly and shamelessly lying about PM Modi, and at another end his sister Priyanka Gandhi has invited fresh troubles. During her campaigning, few kids who were trained by the Congress workers, were abusing PM Modi with slogans like “Chowkidar chor hai” and “neem ka patta kadvah hai, Narendra Modi bha**wa hai”.

When all these fifty abusive slogans were going on, Congress chief’s sister Priyanka Gandhi was just enjoying it. Hitting out at this behavior of Priyanka Vadra, union minister Smriti Irani said “Doesn’t Mrs Vadra know that you can’t use children for political activity? What values are you giving to children.I would say that cultured families should keep their children away from such a person”.

After the video went viral, it was brought to the notice of Child Rights body i.e, National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has served a notice to Congress General Secretary for UP East Priyanka Gandhi Vadra for using children in election campaign.

The notice read “I would like to inform you that the Commission is in receipt of a complaint, wherein a video link has been shared, in which it is seen that children are being actively involved in election campaigning. The children can be seen shouting slogans using derogatory remarks and using abusive language in your presence”.

It added “For the purpose of inquiry into any violation of child rights under section 12 (1) (j) of CPCR Act, 2005, the Commission seeks the following information: (a) Name and addresses of these children; (b) Place where this sloganeering had taken place; (c) How the children were brought there”

Days ago the habitual liar Rahul Gandhi had apologized to the Supreme Court for attributing the “Chowkidar Chor Hai” remark to the top court and now even his sister might have to apologize in a similar case.
