Narendra Modi’s scathing attack on Sonia Gandhi, reminds her of Quattrocchi and Agusta Westland!

PM Modi for the first time after he assumed the PM office visited Sonia Gandhi’s turf where he flagged off the 900th coach, and a Humsafar Rake. He also dedicated to the nation, inaugurated, or laid the Foundation Stone for various development projects at Rae Bareli. He visited the coach factory where he updated himself about the development works in the region.

The work which was suppose to be done by Sonia Gandhi in her home turf despite being the MP for 15 years was being done by PM himself. The Prime Minister dedicated various projects to Rae Bareli and made a scathing attack on Sonia Gandhi and the dynasty for neglecting the place for decades. PM Modi who started his speech by remembering the brave soldiers of 1971 war against Pakistan, said it was on this day in 1971, that the Indian Army had defeated those that are a symbol of terror, cruelty and lawlessness. The Prime Minister said that today on one hand, the Government is trying to make the Armed Forces stronger; and on the other hand, there are those who do not want our Armed Forces to be strong. He said those that deal only in lies, are casting aspersions on the Defence Ministry, on the Air Force, and even on a foreign government.

PM Modi who made a direct attack on Sonia Gandhi and Congress for their constant attack on Indian Army said, Congress should remember the Bofors and the Agusta Westland as to how they sabotaged Indian defence procurement with their scams. He took on Congress saying Christian Michel was brought to India which has made the dynasty go nervous and are continuously sending lawyers to defend him.

“Christain Michel brought to India, a few days back. You have seen how Congress had sent one of its own as a lawyer to save him. I want to know whether the Congress party is disturbed that there is no Quattrocchi “mama”, Christian Michel uncle in the defence deals that BJP is doing.” Modi went on to question that if this “constant worry” is the reason behind Congress’ attempts of “creating an atmosphere of distrust over Indian judiciary”.

“Today there are 2 sides before the country. One side is the govt that is trying to strengthen our forces. The other side that wants to weaken our forces at any cost. Country is a witness that Congress is standing with forces that don’t want our forces to strengthen,” he added. “The people of the party that raises questions on surgical strikes, trust enemy’s claims more than our Army, what can be expected of them?” said the Prime Minister.

He also exposed as to how the Congress had stalled the development of Humsafar Rake, Modern Coach Factory with their endless corruption and nepotism. The project which was sanctioned in 2007 whose aim was to make 1000 new coaches. But unfortunately, due to extreme negligence the coaches which were taken for painting were lying there for almost 5 years. It was only after Modi government came, they changed the entire system and fasttracked the process.

He said the  country can never forget the betrayal of Congress to armed forces. he stated “For us, the country comes first and then comes party and we are working in that direction to fulfill all goals and make sure the Armed forces do not face any difficulties.
