PM Narendra Modi’s bold and open warning yet again will give sleepless nights to the corrupt !

It seems Prime Minister Narendra Modi is in no mood to spare the corrupt who have been making the country hollow by eating it like a termite. After the demonetization of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes, conducting massive raids all over the country, PM Modi today announced that he will ensure that every single record of unaccounted wealth right from independence will be checked and every single person involved in case of corruption will be punished. He also hinted that a slew of another tough decisions will be taken after the compliance window to exchange the old currency notes end on 30 December.

PM Modi, while addressing Indian community in Kobe (Japan) said, “Every single record of unaccounted wealth since independence will be checked. I am openly declaring that everyone involved in black money and corruption will be punished. I gave people multiple chances to declare their ill gotten wealth till 30 September. Again, I do NOT give guarantee that there won’t be any new tough decision after 30 December.

PM Modi had openly asked everyone to declare their wealth and pay taxes by 30 September, after which he will be taking extremely tough decisions. During an interview with IBN7, PM Modi had said that he wants everyone to sleep peacefully and doesn’t want anyone to lose sleep or face tough consequences and therefore, they must declare their wealth. PM Modi also acknowledged people who came out clean during this time frame and declared a total of Rs. 1,25,000 crore in this period.

Narendra Modi’s speech also was humorous when he took a jibe at people who are burning their illegally stashed black money or throwing them in rivers, pits, etc. Narendra Modi said, “”Those who never offered even 50 paise coin to Maa Ganga in their whole life are offering her stacks of ₹500-₹1000 notes. Atleast, they are doing some punya and washing away their sins now.” Surely, Narendra Modi has taken the evil menace of corruption by its horns ! Listen to the interesting speech by PM Modi.
