The Dhingra Committee which was investigating the Robert Vadra land deals in Haryana has submitted the report, in which it has concluded that the son in law of Sonia Gandhi has made huge profit of 50.50 crores in land deals in 2008 without spending even a single rupee.
The Dhingra commission was set up in May 2015 by the Manohar Lal government in Haryana to look into the grant of licences for change in land use in four villages of Gurgaon, including the licence granted to a company (Skylight Hospitality) owned by Robert Vadra.
The committee confirmed that the previous government had favoured Robert Vadra in land deals by giving away government and agricultural lands at throw away prices.
The Dhingra commission has inquired into over 20 properties said to have been purchased by Vadra and his companies. Skylight Hospitality which belongs to Vadra, first bought land from Onkareshwar Properties which was then sold to developer DLF at a much higher price after the change in land use, resulting in the Rs 50.5-crore profit.
But now, the Dhingra committee report has submitted another report on land purchased by Priyanka Vadra. In the year 2006, Priyanak Gandhi had bought 5 acres of agricultural land in Village Amipur, Tehsil Faridabad, District Faridabad in Haryana. The land was purchased Rs 3 lacks/ acre, paying a total amount of for Rs 15 lacks for 5 acres.
So it is very apparent how the Gandhi family literally looted the agricultural lands in Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi outskirts when they were in power. Now, it is come to light that Priyanka Vadra also was clearly involved in land grab cases since 2006.
