Scientific Reasons behind the Hot Water Spring..

Deep cracks in the Parvati valley region causes the hot water springs. Due to this, the water of the Parvati river drains deep down and get in contact with the hot rocks situated beneath the earth.

The hot water then shoots upward towards the Manikaran. The temperature of these rocks keep on increasingly due to the existence of geo thermal energy, thus the water here never cools down.
