Malala Yousafzai was awarded the Nobel prize for peace in the year 2014 for her fight against suppression of children and young people and education. She was also the recipient of many awards for peace and youth right activism. The international community made her hero for the reasons known to them and she was called one of the most influential people in the world.
But the irony is, the girl who claims to fight for human rights and end terrorism in Pakistan has not lived there since 2012 after she was attacked by Taliban terrorists. She has never held any protest against the terrorists nor lead any campaign in the world demanding Pakistan to shed terrorism. But she is called Human Rights activists!
Surprisingly she was very vocal to speak against India and gave advice that Kashmir people should be given the freedom they deserve. The same lady as nothing to speak about the atrocities of Pakistan army against Balochistan where women, children are being raped and murdered on a daily basis. She has nothing to speak against the ISIS which has turned Syria into living hell.
She gave a lecture that India, Pakistan along with UN should find a solution to the Kashmir problem. The girl who has no idea about the Indian history or doesn’t realise that Kashmir is an integral part of India wants to talk about gifting freedom to Kashmir.
Now, the big question Indians would like to ask her is, what is her take on terrorist Hafiz Saeed contesting elections in Pakistan? Hafiz Saeed said he will contest elections under the banner Milli Muslim League (MML) which is a political wing floated by terrorist group Lashkar-e-Taiba. Malala who claims to fight terrorism hasn’t spoken a word against Hafiz Saeed and his decision to contest elections. While America expressed concern about a terrorist holding constitutional position, Malala Yousafzai is happy to remain deaf and dumb in the issue. A man who is declared global terrorist by the UN Security Council is allowed to contest and the so called human rights activists are busy giving empty lectures in international forums.
If Malala Yousafzai really cares about Human rights she should first oppose a terrorist contesting elections in her own country before she gives advice to others. Her silence only shows that she is nothing but an armchair activists who got luxury life for accidentally getting hit by a bullet.
