The state of Uttar Pradesh was completed devastated under Goondaraj, racist Muslim appeasement and corruption till last year. But, then entered the Messiah in the form of CM Yogi Adityanath who not only has rescued the state from atrocities but has also led the state to the path of development.
The CM Yogi Adityanath, from the very first day, was firm in his commitment that no element will be allowed to disturb the peace in the state and for this, he also issued a final ultimatum to the criminals “ Either stop doing the crimes or else be ready to face the consequences”. He also led Encounter drive to make the state free from criminals. Even after the repeated warnings from the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), the CM was firm on his stance that nothing will compromise the security of the people of his state. “The Encounters will not stop and will continue to happen like this only”.
This drive instilled the fear in the minds of the criminals and some of them even bowed in front of CM Yogi Adityanath and pleaded him not to kill and put them in jail instead. The wave of fear led by CM Yogi Adityanath doesn’t stop here. It has not only shaken the criminals of the state but has also spread its wing to the Dawood Ibrahim’s D-Gang. The D- Gang is also facing the heat as it is shaking their roots.
According to One India Report, the encounter drive led by Yogi Adityanath has clearly affected the operations of the D-Gang as The D-Gang relies heavily on the state of Uttar Pradesh for possessing the sharpshooters in the gang. The state has provided the don with the most number of sharp shooters. As per the previous record available with the police and Intelligence out of the 200 sharpshooters in the gang, 130 are from Uttar Pradesh.
Not only the sharpshooters, even Uttar Pradesh has also been strategic in terms of the drug and escape route for the D Gang. As the state shares its border with Nepal, it has become easier for the D-Gang to flow drugs into the state and the route has also been used by criminal for entering safe into Pakistan.
The D-Gang has in fact appointed a set of touts too who ferry across criminals to Nepal and then to Pakistan. According to the Intelligence Bureau, the D-Gang has been extremely close to the political set up in Uttar Pradesh. In exchange for protection from the politicians, the D-Gang has given arms and also large chunks of cash to politicians. On some occasions, even the narcotics for major political bashes have been provided by the D-Gang.
The firebrand leader has thrilled the D-Gang to such an extent that in order to put an end to the drive of CM Yogi, they have started threatening the BJP MLAs of the state. Till date, 12 MLAs of the party have received a threat and are asked to pay a sum of 10 lakhs or else their family members would be killed.
The preliminary investigations have shown that the call was being made by a man named Ali Budhesh Bhai claiming to be an aide of Dawood Ibrahim. Without any flaws in the Hindi language, the man texted the MLAS which also lead to further suspicion that the man is of Indian Origin. It is also found that a server in Texas was being used in Bahrain for this purpose. Also, the WhatsApp group of the MLAs had been hacked.
The Gangster Ali Budesh who once used to be with Dawood Ibrahim has also confirmed to some news channel in an interview that he has not sent any messages but underworld don Dawood Ibrahim was sending extortion messages to BJP legislatures in his name.
The MLAs to get the threat message or call are Anita Rajput, Shyam Bihari Lal (Bareilly), R K Sharma (Bilsi), Vinod Katiyar (Bhognipur), Shashank Trivedi (Sitapur), Lokendra Pratap Singh (Lakhimpur), Veer Vikram Singh (Shahjahanpur), Manvendra Singh (Shahjahanpur) Vinay Dwiwedi (Gonda), Prem Narain Pandey (Gonda) Suresh Srivastava (Lucknow) and Rajnikant Mani Tripathi (Kushinagar)
Meanwhile, the UP police is seriously looking into the matter. Taking cognizance of the matter, CM Adityanath had directed the Special Task Force (STF) and the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) to act swiftly in this regard. The police is also coordinating with the central Intelligence Bureau to get more details on this case. It is believed that there is a larger conspiracy behind it. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) headed by IG (STF) Amitabh Yadav is also investigating the case with the help of intelligence agencies.
Under the feared encounter drive by Yogi Adityanath, in the last one year, almost 50 criminals were killed and another 390 injured while 3,435 criminals were put behind bars.T here have been over 1,478 police encounters in the state since the Yogi Adityanath government came to power. Also the stringent National Security Act (NSA) has been invoked against 188 criminals and assets worth over Rs 150 crore have been seized till now.
CM Yogi Adityanath is very clear that this will not stop and continue to happen till the state be cleared from the Goondaraj and become safer place to live in. The CM has always asked officials “ Don’t give me the count of number of gangsters killed just tell me how much are left”
