Watch! Cabbie who returned bag worth ₹8 Lakh gets rewarded for his honesty, Delhiites clear his 70k debt

“No legacy is as rich as Honesty.” There are good times and there are tough times. Tough times are a test of character. A Delhi cab driver recently made the headlines when he returned a bag that was full of valuables. Debendra Kapri, a 24-year old cab driver returned a bag containing valuables worth Rs 8 lakhs. One of his passengers had forgotten the bag in his cab.

The cab driver was appreciated for his honesty & his story has gone viral on social media. Mubisher Wani a passenger had left the bag in Kapri’s cab a few days back. Debendra found the bag while cleaning the car. He was determined to return the bag & drove straight to the police station. The bag had some gold jewellery, a MacBook and an iPhone & cash (in Us$) that was left behind in the car.

The police traced the owner of the bag through a contact number on the wedding card & within a short span of time Wani received his bag. When most of them were praising the driver, one RJ decided to take the initiative and help the driver. The driver had a debt of 70000. RJ Naved Khan from Delhi dedicated a show & had a special message for the listeners. He wanted people to know that the cab driver belonged to a different league.


The target of 70000 was achieved within one hour. Credit to RJ Naved for his incredible gesture.
