Why Amit Shah’s son is filing Rs 100,00,00,000 defamation case against ‘The Wire’?

For few, it has been a routine to tarnish the image of reputed people in the name of free speech. The same was tried against Jay Shah, son of Amit Shah by the news website ‘The Wire’.

When the opposition couldn’t counter the Chanakya Amit Shah, it decided to target his family. An article was published in ‘The Wire’ titled ‘The Golden Touch of Jay Amit Shah’ which was fully of distorted information.

The article claimed that the turnover of the company owned by Shah’s son increased 16,000 times over in the year following election of PM Narendra Modi. The article further said that the revenue from company owned by Jay Shah jumped from just Rs 50,000 to over Rs 80,00,00,000 in a single year.

Anyone would be shocked to see that Jay Shah’s turnover increased by 16000 times or turnover increased to Rs 80,00,00,000. But when we observe, it is just 80 crores and there is nothing shocking in it.

The article full of fake decoded!!!

In the article published by ‘The Wire’, the author says that in the year 2014-15, the profit of the company ‘Temple Enterprise Private Ltd’ run by Jay Shah was Rs 18,728 and the turnover was Rs 50,000.

Author mentions that in the next year i.e. 2015-16, the turnover was 16000 times more compared to the previous financial year. But the author fails to mention the profit of that year. The reason for not mentioning the profit was that the company had incurred loss. Yes, the loss incurred was Rs 1.48 crores.

In October 2016, Jay Shah’s Temple Enterprise Private Ltd had to close its business as it net worth had fully eroded and this was declared in its director’s report. So where is the scam? Where is the proof that Amit Shah’s son’s fortune took a rise after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India?

The article further claims that Jay Shah’s firm had borrowed several crores of money. The article also mentioned that everything was mentioned in its accounting statement. This itself proves that every action was done legally.

The author of the article was fired from ‘Economic Times’!!!Do you know why?

Rohini Singh, the journalist who wrote this ‘so called investigative piece’ was fired from Economic Times for her fake and fabricated articles that was intended to degrade BJP during the 2017 UP elections. Rohini Singh’s name also appears in the controversial Neera Radia tapes.

Have a look at the below tweets where she tried to influence the minds of people prior to UP elections.

Rs 100 crore defamation case to be filled by Amit Shah’s son!!!

News report which was mischievous, malicious and baseless must be punished. Now, this job will be carried out by Jay Shah. Initially, Union Railways Minister and BJP leader Piyush Goel called out the lies of The Wire.

Later, in a separate press conference, Jay Shah said he will file Rs 100-crore defamation suit against ‘The Wire’ for the publication of the article.

Jay Shah said that he has decided to prosecute the author, editor and owner of the website for criminal defamation and sue them for an amount of Rs 100 crores. He further said that the actions will be filed in Ahmedabad where he stay and carry on his business.

“The article makes false, derogatory and defamatory imputations against me by creating in the minds of the right-thinking people an impression that my business owes its ‘success’ to my father Shri Amitbhai Shah’s political position”. These were the words of Jay Shah.

He also said that “If anyone else republish/ rebroadcast the imputations made in the said article, whether directly or indirectly, such person or entity will also be guilty of the very same criminal and/or civil liability”.

Even after this was mentioned by Jay Shah, the National Herald run by Gandhi family decided to spread the lies. The article titled “Amit Shah’s son’s vikas: Piyush Goyal has much to answer” was published in the website of National Herald.

Hope even Congress party owned National Herald gets punished from spreading lies.
